Delivery Information

From the moment your order leaves ELLMEAH, we want delivery to feel simple, clear and considered. Below you will find the key information for our current UK delivery service.

UK Standard Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is normally expected within 3–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may take a little longer during busy periods, UK bank holidays or when a carrier experiences an unexpected delay.

Complimentary UK Delivery

We currently offer complimentary UK delivery on orders over £50. The qualifying threshold and delivery options shown at checkout will always take precedence if a temporary promotion or delivery offer changes.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where the selected delivery service provides them.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help, but we cannot guarantee an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

Each order can be sent to one delivery address. If you would like pieces delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check the tracking information first. If you still need help, use our Contact ELLMEAH page and include your order number.

International Delivery

International delivery is not yet part of our standard launch service. We are working on expanding availability and will publish destinations, costs and estimated delivery times when this service becomes available.
