Delivery Information

At Ellmeah, we want your order to arrive beautifully and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery options.

UK Standard Delivery

Standard delivery across the UK typically takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Free Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on selected orders. Please check our announcement bar for the latest free delivery threshold.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at any time.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@ellmeah.com and we will look into this for you as a priority.

International Delivery
