Returns Policy

We want every ELLMEAH piece to feel right when it arrives. If an eligible item is not right for you, you can request a return within 28 days of delivery.

Returns Window

Eligible items may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where supplied.

How to Request a Return

1. Use our Contact ELLMEAH page and include your order number and the item or items you would like to return.
2. We will send you the return instructions and the appropriate returns address.
3. Package the item securely so it is protected while in transit.
4. Keep your proof of postage until your return has been received and completed.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for a return parcel until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–7 working days of receiving the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds in your account.

Return Exceptions

Some items may have product-specific return restrictions for hygiene, personalisation or other reasons permitted by law. Where an exception applies, it will be made clear on the relevant product page before purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step. Your statutory rights are not affected.
