Frequently Asked Questions
Questions, answered.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes it easier to view order history and manage your details.
How will I know my order has been received?
You will receive an order confirmation by email after checkout. If it does not appear shortly afterwards, check your junk or spam folder.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help, but once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
How long does UK delivery take?
UK Standard Delivery is normally expected within 3–5 working days from dispatch. Current delivery options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout.
Do you offer complimentary delivery?
We currently offer complimentary UK delivery on qualifying orders over £50. The threshold shown at checkout takes precedence if a temporary promotion changes the offer.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging where supplied. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step.
Will colours and natural materials look exactly the same as the photographs?
We work carefully to represent products accurately, but screens and lighting can create small differences. Natural Baltic amber also varies from piece to piece in tone, transparency, inclusions and surface character. Those variations are part of the material.
Are items restocked?
Some pieces return and others are limited by season or availability. If a product is no longer available, keep an eye on The Edit and our social channels for new arrivals and restocks.
