Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select the product you love, choose your size or variant, and click ‘Add to Basket’. When you’re ready, head to your cart and proceed through our secure checkout process.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at hello@ellmeah.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to follow your order’s journey.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery options internationally — please check back soon.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout where applicable.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free UK delivery on selected orders. Please check our current promotional banners at the top of the page for the latest delivery offers.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes. We want you to love everything you purchase from Ellmeah. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please contact us at hello@ellmeah.com to begin the returns process.

Are skincare products returnable?

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened skincare products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We carefully select skincare products with comfort and quality in mind. However, skin types vary. We recommend reviewing the ingredients list on each product page before purchase. If you have specific concerns, please consult a dermatologist.

How do I choose the right size?

Each clothing product page includes a size guide to help you find the best fit. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Will sold-out products come back?

We aim to restock popular items where possible. You can sign up for restock notifications on individual product pages, or follow us on Instagram for the latest updates.
